These community champions include, but are not limited to some of the following categories: Veterans, First Responders, Medical, Teachers, Mentors, Community Volunteers as well as everyday individuals who believe in and act in a “pay if forward” lifestyle. We as a team not only believe in rewarding the good in our communities but also to be an example of the good in our communities. Our “American Dream Reward Program” was created to provide benefits or rewards to deserving individuals who champion good in the neighborhoods we call home. These benefits/rewards can include but are not limited to the following: A closing credit equal to 25% of the real estate commission received at closing – this can be used toward down payment, closing costs or any lender allowable prepaid costs! Lender credits to be used towards appraisal or loan costs, reduced fees or credits to be used towards title insurance or home inspection services and more.
