At no extra charge, we offer live test prep sessions every week-end accelerating the learning process. This will give you the confidence needed to pass the Colorado Real Estate Exam!
The requirements for becoming a Colorado Real Estate Agent:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Take 168 credited hours of required education provided by our school.
- Pass the Colorado Real Estate Exam.
- Complete fingerprints and background check.
- Find a Sponsoring Employing Broker - Our Sellstate Brokers would love to sponsor you!
- Obtain Errors & Omissions Insurance - join Sellstate and it is provided for you!
- Must have valid Social Security number or other accepted identification.
